Like many boys, you may find it difficult to talk about the problems of adolescence with friends, peers or family for fear of losing face. But you should try to overcome this by:
- Read books on the subject and ask your doctor for more information.
- A teacher at school or a counsellor will help on matters of fact and can also advise you where to go for further help.
- If possible talk to your dad or older brother or male relative. Ask them about adolescence and how they dealt with any problems they had.
